Meet Ben, the founder of Storyhouse NW. His creative journey started in Eugene, where he attended the University of Oregon. His career has included stops in finance, education and journalism.
Through it all, Ben has developed a keen eye and love for telling stories. It’s imbued in everything Storyhouse NW does, down to the logo. The logo is inspired by the A-frame Ben married his wife, who helps out behind the scenes at Storyhouse NW.
And he has an adorable dog, Ruthie, too.
Ben’s work has been featured in international marketing campaigns and received millions of views on social media. His human-focused approach to content has earned a number of awards including Alaska Press Club’s Best Feature Photo for 2024.
